  HotelCUBE is an integrated suite for the hospitality industry.

• Is HotelCUBE just one product?
  No, it isn’t. HotelCUBE has 4 versions: Free, Lite, New Generation and International. The Free version has only few functions while International is the full version.

• Where can I read the different among the versions?
  You can read it on the web page “Products against” or you can contact the Green Number 840.000.261.

• May I see the product?
  You can wach HotelCUBE throught “DEMO ON LINE”. You have just to book an appointment with the Sales Area ringing the green number 840.000.261 up.

• May I have a demonstrational program on my PC?
  HotelCUBE Free and HotelCUBE LITE can be downloaded directly from the web site and installed on the PC. HotelCUBE New Generation and HotelCUBE International are more complicated.

• Are HotelCUBE Free and Lite similar to the other versions?
  No, they aren’t. HotelCUBE New Generation and HotelCUBE International have more funcionalities than others. The four products are complitely different.

• Why have I to choose HotelCUBE?

• Is HotelCUBE compatible with Windows Vista?
  Yes, it is. HotelCUBE New Generation is compatible and HotelCUBE International is certified to Windows Vista.

• Can I install HotelCUBE to a PC with Linux system?
  HotelCUBE can be installed only to a PC with Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server and consecutive, Windows Vista and consecutive.

• Can I install HotelCUBE to a PC with Apple system?
  If Apple system has the emulation of Windows HotelCUBE, can be used. We advice to check the performances.

• The specifications for the PC? 
  The version Free, Lite and New Generation must have 512 MB RAM and 100 MB Hard Disk. The version International must have at least 2 GB RAM and 300 MB Hard Disk.

• Can I use whichever printer?
  For the bills you can use a laser printer, inkjet printer and pin-printer.. For the other prints you cannot use the pin-printer.

• Which databese does HotelCUBE use?
  HotelCUBE uses Access databese for Free and Lite monouser version, Microsoft SQL Server for Lite multiuser, New Generation and International.

• Can HotelCUBE be connect to other systems?
  Lite can be connect to whichever telephone exchange and in this case it is possibile to charge the phone call on the bill room. New Generation and International can bo connect to the majoriy of the Pay TV, telephone exchanges, badge and more on.

• Is HotelCUBE only Front Office?
  HotelCUBE consists to several moduls for example Food & Beverage, Meeting, Marketing Net Booking and more on.

• Can HotelCUBE be connect to account systems?
  HotelCUBE New Generation and Internationa versions can be connect to the main account systems.

• Is a school version of HotelCUBE?
  There is an HotelCUBE Educational version with special prices.

• Is HotelCUBE connectet to OpenOffice?
  No, it isn’t. The HotelCUBE moduls are connected to all the Microsoft Office versions (97, 2000, 2003 and 2007).
